Sending an enquiry is free. This website does not accept payments or automatically confirm bookings, so there is no website checkout charge to refund.
Before any paid service
Any proposed paid walk must be accompanied by a written quote stating the price, what is included, payment arrangements and cancellation conditions. Review those terms before paying or accepting the proposal.
Changes or cancellations
Contact [email protected] promptly if you need to change an agreed arrangement. Include the booking reference if one was provided, but do not send payment-card details. Eligibility and timing depend on the terms supplied for the specific service and applicable mandatory rights.
Supplier cancellation
If an agreed service cannot take place, any alternative arrangement or refund must be explained directly to the customer. This website policy does not waive mandatory consumer rights or replace the specific terms provided before an agreement.
